I am an overcomer—and why my heart beats to help others rise, believe the same about themselves, and step into the life they were made for.
I’ve been knocked down more times than I can count—rocked by divorce and depression, daggered by false religious dogma, and crushed by the physical death of my best friend. There were moments I didn’t know if I’d make it out alive. But with help, I rose again. I limped back into the arena, grew stronger, and now carry no regrets. Every scar, every fall, every dark night has shaped who I’ve become.
Those darkest moments? They became the very cracks where light poured in. Over time, they’ve stacked—not into shame or defeat, but into wisdom and awakening.
For years, I’ve walked with men and women through their own valleys—grieving loved ones, rebuilding after divorce or job loss, navigating identity crises, wrestling with disease, or facing that quiet ache of discontent that whispers: “You were made for more.” I know what it feels like to break—and I know what it takes to rise.
Therapy has been an essential part of my story. I’ve spent countless hours across from therapists and psychologists, unearthing the roots of trauma and piecing together redemption. Looking back matters. But my mission? It’s different. I’m not here to keep you circling the past. I’m here to help you look upward and forward.
That’s why I became a Life Expansion Coach. With degrees in Theology, Religious Studies, and Communication, Certifications in Life Coaching, Personal Training, and Breathwork, I’ve combined both Spirit and strategy to create the A|3 framework: Awaken into your true identity and divine potential, Align into your personal legend and unique purpose, and Ascend into your mission-driven life of impact, truth, and Spirit.
