My Story. My Mission.

I’m a Life Expansion Coach who helps people navigate adversity, uncertainty, and change so they can rise into who they’re becoming, not shrink from what life asks of them.

“Arriving” is far more than degrees and certifications. Mine in world religious studies, life coaching, communication, and somatic techniques depict accomplishment, but life experience is the ultimate teacher.

The struggles and hardships – physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual, or emotional – are what teach us the most about ourselves and how to navigate life.

My work is rooted in lived experience. I’ve known challenge from many angles—battling emotional trauma, pushing my body with endurance, and wrestling with the deeper questions of meaning, identity, and purpose that hardship inevitably brings. Those experiences taught me something simple and difficult: adversity is unavoidable—but how we meet it determines everything.

I don’t help people avoid struggle. I help them see it differently. Through a blend of somatic work, psychology, strategic questioning, and deep self-inquiry, I walk people through a re-patterning experience—one that builds resilience, clarity, and embodied confidence. Not by giving answers, but by helping them ask the right questions—about who they are, what’s holding them back, and what they’re being called toward.

This work matters to me because I’ve lived both sides: avoiding challenge and being shaped by it. I know how easy it is to stay stuck, numb, or uncertain—and how powerful it is when someone learns to face difficulty with courage, presence, and intention. When that happens, people don’t just improve their own lives—they become stronger for those around them.
